Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Impact Strategy and Operations Specialist to join our team. As the Impact Strategy and Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's impact strategy and ensuring the efficient operation of our business. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with our company's mission and values, and drive positive change within our organization and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to measure and track the impact of our company's projects and initiatives on our clients, communities, and the environment.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to set and monitor impact goals and targets, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in impact measurement and management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community organizations, to ensure alignment with our impact strategy.
- Lead the development and implementation of processes and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our business, including project management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data to inform decision-making and measure the success of our impact strategy and operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate impact and operational performance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate our team on our impact strategy and operations, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sustainability, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of impact measurement and management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies and processes to drive organizational impact and efficiency.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact in the built environment.
