Applicant should have a strong background in PAGA, Wage and Hour, Discrimination, and DFEH/ EEOC Claims. Applicant should be self-sufficient in drafting pleadings, discovery, and substantive motions, along with offering employer litigation advice and counseling. Some travel within the greater Los Angeles area is a job requisite. Additional work may include advice and follow-up on Worker’s Compensation litigation and claims.

A California Bar License is required. This position is full-time, with a majority of time reporting into corporate office in Encino, CA
