Monday – Friday 1st shift 6:30AM – 3PM

 

Onsite 5 days/week

This individual will be responsible for line balance and throughput activities to increase productivity.

  • Help with process improvements, productivity (reducing headcount), quality issues/drive waste away from the operator.
  • On a daily basis: start out by reviewing emails, then it will be self-driven by different tasks on the floor. The induvial must understand what their priorities are and what they can best support on the floor.
  • There is a weekly team meeting where they review general items happening in the plant, and there may be adhoc meetings throughout the week, a daily quality meeting, and meetings with the department that they support.  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Strongly Preferred)
  • Open to entry-level with internship experience through 8+ years
  • Layout design software experience – for example AutoCAD or SolidWorks
  • Internship in manufacturing/manufacturing experience
  • Experience working with unions
