We are currently seeking to hire a Salesperson to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a portfolio of accounts.

Job Summary :

  • Markets and sells products or services to established clients.
  • Take 20-30 inbound calls each day generated through marketing leads.
  • Make 40 outbound calls a day to follow up on marketing leads.
  • Develop a bond, rapport, and trust with all customers during the sales process.
  • Answer inquiries from mailers and the internet for customers with questions about coverage.
  • Always work to put the customer first.

Job Duties :

  • Markets and sells the company's products or services.
  • Projects a warm, inviting and trustworthy image on the phone.
  • Prepares bids and quotes.
  • Answers customer inquiries.
  • Researches new product requests and writes orders.
  • Negotiates pricing and availability with vendors.
  • Serves as a liaison between the outside sales and customer service departments.
  • Tracks and prepares reports on daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales.

  • Problem Solver: Uses critical thinking skills to determine the best possible way to move forward during difficult calls. Continuously learns new ways to overcome obstacles and motivate customers to purchase the valued product.
  • Fast Learner: Absorbs all information given during training and grasps new concepts quickly and efficiently. The ability to take constructive feedback from one call and apply those new ideas and practices on future calls.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
