You are the technical closer. While our Partnership Development Associates (PDAs) find the venues, you ensure the hardware is deployed perfectly and stays operational. You will coordinate with our 3rd-party logistics (3PL) partners for equipment delivery and take over on-site to perform the final rigging, bolting, and technical commissioning. This is a Full-Time Hourly role that rewards precision, hustle, and technical problem-solving. You'll be rewarded: Hourly Pay: A competitive base rate ($26-$30/hr) with 1.5x Overtime for work over 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week. Team Deployment Bonus: Quarterly bonuses when the California team hits its total rollout targets. Full Support: Comprehensive mileage reimbursement for all field travel and a "builder" tool kit provided by the company.
