• Serve as a preceptor and mentor to Internal Medicine residents-guiding clinical decision-making and professional development
• Participate in curriculum design, didactic instruction, scholarly activity, and committee work
• Weekly protected administrative time for academic responsibilities

• ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
