You will be an important member of our small, but skilled team of IT professionals. *Your Deliverables Will Be To: * *Essential Functions* *Service Desk Coordination* · Follow up on aging and stale tickets to ensure client issues do not go unresolved. · Review technician time entries for accuracy and follow up as needed. · Dispatch and load-balance technician schedules. ·Monitor incoming service requests, alerts, and automations to ensure timely response. · Answer phones as the first point of contact for support and service inquiries. · Create, triage, and assign tickets based on urgency, completeness, and technician skillset. · Communicate with the Manager to address roadblocks or potential inefficiencies. *Level 1 Technical Support* · Provide basic remote technical support to clients (e.g., password resets, MFA issues, email configuration, printer troubleshooting, etc.). · Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment (imaging, labeling, packaging). · Support administrative tasks such as Microsoft 365 account creation, license assignment, and AD changes. · Accurately document all technical work and client interactions in the ticketing system. *Package Management & Logistics* · Manage all incoming and outgoing packages, including logging, labeling, and notifying appropriate team members. · Track movement of client devices for repairs, replacements, and deployments. · Coordinate shipping, RMAs, returns, and receipt of vendor shipments. · Prepare and stage equipment for technician pickup, documenting serials and assignments. *Documentation & SOP Development* · Assist with internal documentation efforts, including drafting and updating SOPs and quick-reference guides. · Help organize client documentation in alignment with best practices. *Customer Service & Communication* · Provide consistent, professional, and friendly communication across phone, email, and tickets. · Escalate early signs of client frustration or confusion to the Manager or appropriate team lead. *What You Bring to the Table:* *Experience:* · 1-3 years of experience in IT support, or service coordination · MSP or helpdesk experience helpful. *Technical Competencies:* · Proficiency with PSA/ticketing systems and RMM tools (e.g., HaloPSA, N-central, ConnectWise, Atera, etc.). · Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory. · Familiarity with VPNs, VoIP systems, patching tools, printers, and endpoint security. · Basic networking knowledge (IP troubleshooting, DNS, DHCP). · Strong documentation and ticketing habits. *Core Competencies:* · Adaptability, and professionalism. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). *Additional Requirements:* · Must pass pre-employment drug test, criminal background check · Valid driver's license and vehicle required · On Call rotation - participate in an on-call rotation if needed. *What We Can Offer You: * _*Salary plus great benefits.*_ _*Helpful leaders who are interested in growing your career.*_ _*Pleasant office space.*_ _*The latest technology.*_ _*Work closely with a team which thoroughly enjoys working together! xawqmyg *_ _*The opportunity to advance in a growing company.*_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour Work Location: In person
