Job Description

We are seeking an MSP experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support across our operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience in helpdesk operations, system administration, and client relationship management.
Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support and technical services
• MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience required
• Proven track record in MSP environments
• Strong expertise in L1/L2 escalated issue resolution
• Experience with onsite and remote support project management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with demonstrated client relationship management

Technical Expertise:

• Microsoft Ecosystem: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory administration
• Infrastructure Management: Experience with backup & recovery solutions, cybersecurity monitoring, and business continuity planning
• Advanced Networking: Strong foundation in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, and network security
• Ticketing & Monitoring Systems: Experience with professional helpdesk platforms and IT service management tools
• Hardware Support: Comprehensive knowledge of desktop/laptop systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
