Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and results-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer who has technical precision and is sales savvy. In this role you will work closely with homeowners, interior designers, and builders to create customized kitchen and bath designs, layouts, and product selections that meet both functional needs and aesthetic goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and has a proven ability to turn design consultations into successful sales. Candidate must be confident presenting ideas, closing sales, and providing expert guidance both in person and virtually. In this role you will be responsible for creating beautiful, functional designs using 2020 Designsoftware while actively managing the sales process and closing high-value projects.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm). In office position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Excellence: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and photorealistic 3D renderings using 2020 Design.
• Sales & Consulting: Lead client consultations to uncover needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints. Confidently present designs and "ask for the sale."
• Technical Accuracy: Specify cabinetry, hardware, and related products (appliances, countertops, etc.) using manufacturer-specific pricing to ensure 100% accuracy in quoting and ordering.
• Project Management: Manage the sales pipeline from start to finish. Collaborate with other departments, managers and staff to confirm orders are processed with accuracy, and efficiency.
• Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a high-touch, professional experience that encourages referrals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience specifically in Kitchen/Bath design.
• Education: An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a applicable major, a specialized Kitchen & Bath Design certificate, or industry training - experences.
• Software Mastery: Mid-expert level proficiency in 2020 Design or similar software. (Candidates may be asked to perform a live design test and/or bring portfolio of work).
• Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a natural inclination toward business development.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate basic-complex technical drawings into a vision the client can understand.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A "closer" mentality—comfortable discussing high-ticket pricing and overcoming client objections.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary plus commission range $50,000.00 - $80,000.00+ per year. 
• We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, with the company covering a large portion of the monthly medical premium.
• Two weeks Paid Time Off (PTO): Annually, accrued on a weekly basis.
• Paid time off for 8.5 major U.S. holidays.
