What You’ll Do
Oversee and coordinate comprehensive health services for children in care, ensuring timely access to medical, dental, and public health services
Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and oversight of daily responsibilities
Develop and deliver training on medical, dental, and public health procedures and protocols
Coordinate post-release healthcare to maintain continuity of care for children transitioning out of the program and access to health interpretation and translation services as needed
Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate holistic care
Monitor compliance with health regulations and organizational standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
License Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor's or higher related qualification (e.g, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)
Minimum of 1 year of employment in public health or a healthcare setting
Demonstrated experience in care coordination, health administration, or direct clinical care.
Supervisory experience in a healthcare or related environment (Preferred)
Active clinical license to provide services in the state where care is located
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Pay: 88,000K- 90,000K
Expected hours of work: 37.5 per week
