*Heal Grow Thrive Medicine in sunny Bend, Oregon, is seeking its next acupuncturist team member. We are a patient-centered practice offering acupuncture, massage therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, and nutrition with an orthopedic focus. This is a collegial and collaborative work environment valuing kindness, customer service, accountability, transparency, and professionalism.* * This is a part or full-time employee position with PTO, health insurance, 401K, in-house perks and discounts. * * Pay starts at $38/commission per patient hour with an increase at 90 days to $40/patient hour. * * Strong skills in orthopedics are required with a range suitable for the very resilient as well as the very sensitive patient. This acupuncturist will treat a variety of conditions not limited to orthopedics; excellence in another specialty is required. * * Requirements Excellent customer service Computer skills for EHR Professional demeanor Enjoys collaboration in a group practice Maintains a high level of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Active Oregon acupuncture license NCCAOM certified Liability and malpractice insurance Background check * * Please respond with a resume and cover letter. * * A note about our COVID procedures. We strictly follow Gov. Kate Brown's mandates regarding coronavirus exposure prevention. That includes 1) prescreening, 2) social distancing, 3) PPE and 4) sanitization. Prescreening includes a pre-appointment questionnaire and temperature reading. We have 4 socially distanced waiting areas and do not allow more than one person in the waiting room at a time. Masks are required for all patients and staff. They must be worn properly, covering the nose. Practitioners wear smocks - scrubs or lab coats. Everyone is required to wash their hands before entering the office and each treatment room is thoroughly sanitized after each use. Additionally, Gov.
