*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Licensed Architect to join our dynamic design and construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles, project management, and construction processes. This role involves leading architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring design excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. At Woodrock Engineering, we prioritize collaboration by closely listening to builders to bring their visions to life. *Responsibilities* * Lead the development of architectural designs utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce detailed drawings and visualizations. * Coordinate with clients during negotiations to refine project scope and address design requirements effectively. * Prepare comprehensive construction documents and specifications adhering to building codes and regulations. * Engage in business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and participating in client meetings. . * Draft detailed interior layouts and renovation plans that meet client needs and aesthetic goals. * Collaborate on project management tasks including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking using advanced project management tools. *Requirements* * Valid Architect license in Delaware / Maryland with proven experience in architectural design. Post Frame experience is helpful but not required. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, CAD software, etc, * Experience with project scheduling tools such as Project Management software; familiarity with Bluebeam for document review is a plus. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. * Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices is essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects within a collaborative environment that values creativity and professionalism. * Office Hours 8:00-5:00 Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Paid time off Work Location: In person by Jobble
