Position Overview
Self Care Counseling is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our Greendale, Indiana office. This position provides the opportunity to work with a diverse client population while receiving support from an experienced leadership team focused on professional growth, clinical excellence, and long-term success.

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000+ annually
Self Care Counseling is a W-2 employer committed to providing stability, support, and long-term career growth for our clinicians. We offer a salary-based compensation model designed to reward caseload development, client engagement, and sustained performance.
Compensation is determined by factors including licensure level, experience, caseload growth, and productivity.

Self Care Counseling values flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring clients have access to care when they need it most.
Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain approximately 36 hours of weekly availability for client care and related responsibilities. To ensure accessibility for working professionals, clinicians are expected to maintain at least one evening each week with availability extending until approximately 7:00 PM7:30 PM.
Outside of this expectation, clinicians have flexibility in developing a schedule that supports both client care and personal well-being.
