*OVERVIEW* We are a small, welcoming wellness studio located inside a gym, and were looking for a *reliable, compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist* to join our close-knit team. This is a *part-time position for now*, with the *opportunity to re-evaluate schedule and pay after approximately 6 months*, based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate is *punctual, dependable, team-oriented*, and genuinely cares about client well-being. We value therapists who take pride in their work, communicate well with clients, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment. *Responsibilities* * Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each clients needs * Perform modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage * Assist with *basic studio responsibilities*, including: * Taking used linens to the laundry room * Maintaining clean and organized treatment rooms * Helping prepare rooms between sessions * *Check clients in and out*, accept payments, and assist with scheduling appointments as needed * Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients * Work collaboratively with a small team in a respectful, supportive environment *Qualifications* * *Valid state Massage Therapy license* (required) * *Reliable transportation* and consistent punctuality (required) * Comfortable with light administrative tasks (payments, scheduling support) * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently while also being a team player *Preferred Certifications (Not Required, but a Plus)* * Craniosacral Therapy * Prenatal Massage * Lymphatic Massage *Work Environment* * Small studio with *three treatment rooms* * Located inside a gym * Friendly, supportive team that works well together * Calm, professional, and client-focused atmosphere *Schedule * * *Part-time position (for now)* * Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays * Approximately *15 hours per week* * *Opportunity to discuss increased hours and pay after 6 months* *Additional Perks* * *Free access to the gym* during employment *Why Join Us?* This is a great opportunity for a therapist looking for a *steady part-time schedule*, a *positive work environment*, and the potential for growth as the practice continues to expand.
