We’re looking for experienced and reliable Prep and Line Cooks to join a busy upscale restaurant in Cliffside Park.
Restaurant Hours:
Open Sunday through Thursday
Closed Friday and Saturday
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Availability for evening shifts
Responsibilities:
Preparing ingredients and setting up stations before service
Cooking and plating dishes according to restaurant standards
Maintaining organization and sanitation throughout the shift
Assisting with closing duties and prep for the next day
