Line Cook

Bottega Salaria is a service-driven Italian restaurant located in Fredericksburg, Texas. Our kitchen is rooted in authentic Italian cooking with a focus on quality ingredients, thoughtful technique, and a collaborative team environment. We are building a strong opening team and are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation during service
  • Execute dishes with consistency, quality, and proper timing
  • Assist with daily prep and kitchen organization
  • Communicate clearly with the chef, kitchen team, and front-of-house staff
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support the team during busy service periods
Qualifications
  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
