Niño Gordo exploded onto the Buenos Aires dining scene as a genre-defying Asian grill with Argentine soul—earning a spot at #21 on Latin America's 50 Best. Now in Miami, this cult favorite brings that same rebellious spirit to Wynwood, fusing Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian techniques with the bold, bright flavors of the city and we're looking for the right personalities to bring that same vibrancy to service.
We are a small team that works together to provide the best possible service to our guests. You should have 2-3 years experience with an emphasis on Asian cuisine, be focused, energetic, and communicative while bringing detail and care to your work. This is a nighttime position that requires flexible availability, including weekends.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of the job, a Line Cook is regularly required to stand , walk, walk up and down stairs; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
