Job Description * Loan Servicing Specialist duties to include but are not limited to payment process, escrow process, tax and insurance monitoring, draw process, verification of mortgage, along with other various servicing functions. * Review and maintain various departmental reports in order to identify trends or areas of concerns. * Ensure timely completion of payment processing including all incoming wires * Process Non-Accrual and charge-off transactions * Process loan recoveries * Weekly, Monthly, and Annual loan GL Balancing & Reconciliation * Complete file maintenance and research for Consumer, Commercial, and Mortgage loans * Carry out departmental responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's policies and applicable laws.
