4 - 8 shifts per month, ideally 6+ shifts
12 - 15 patients per day in 25-bed Level III NICU
Level III NICU facility
12-hour day/night shifts and 24-hour in-house coverage
Chest tubes, LPs, PICC/UAC/UVC lines, intubation required
Coverage for increased census and growing need
ACLS certification required
Hospital privileges required
