Job Description
Texas Security & Sound is seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians/Electricians to join a small team focused on commercial building projects. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in low voltage systems, particularly with Cat 5 and Cat 6 cable installation, and be proficient in blueprint reading and scissor lift operation. This role requires efficient, neat cable running and termination, with adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must work night shifts and be willing to travel within a 4-hour drive radius, supporting multiple Texas locations.

Texas Security & Sound está buscando Técnicos/Electricistas de Bajo Voltaje con experiencia para unirse a un pequeño equipo enfocado en proyectos de edificios comerciales. Los candidatos ideales tendrán un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en sistemas de bajo voltaje, particularmente con instalación de cableado Cat 5 y Cat 6, y serán competentes en la lectura de planos y operación de plataformas de tijera. Este puesto requiere una instalación y terminación de cables eficiente y ordenada, con cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad. Responsabilidades
Instalar y terminar cableado Cat 5 y Cat 6 de manera precisa y eficiente
Leer e interpretar planos para guiar las instalaciones
Operar plataformas de tijera y otros equipos de forma segura
Cumplir con todas las regulaciones de seguridad y usar equipo de protección personal (PPE) de manera constante
Trabajar en turnos nocturnos de 9:30 p. m. a 6:30 a. m., de domingo a jueves
Viajar a sitios de trabajo dentro de San Antonio, Austin, Houston y áreas circundantes
Mantener la limpieza del sitio de trabajo y organizar las herramientas
Usar registros en papel y aplicaciones móviles para seguimiento y reportes de trabajo
Participar en capacitación en el trabajo para mejorar habilidades
Calificaciones Requeridas
Licencia de conducir válida
Calificaciones Preferidas
Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en sistemas de bajo voltaje
Diploma de preparatoria o GED
Experiencia en cableado Cat 5 y Cat 6
Competencia en interpretación de planos
Habilidad en operación de plataformas de tijera
Conocimiento en el uso de equipo de protección personal (PPE)
Fuertes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y resistencia física
