Summary of Accountabilities: Execute preventative maintenance tasks on all manufacturing equipment to include ammonia refrigeration systems. Execute installations of new equipment into the plant. Perform emergency repairs to plant equipment in a cost-efficient manner. Perform as a member of the emergency response team. Assist with the modification of plant systems. Conduct one’s business in such a way as to ensure personal and product safety. Recognize a hazardous environment and use necessary safety equipment. Minimum Qualifications: 2 Year Technical Degree OR 4 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with complex electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to climb a ladder and work safely in high places. Ability to lift and move heavy (75 Lbs) objects. Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and systems. Candidate must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
