Good Days is seeking an experienced Maître D’ to join our team. This is a managerial-level front door position for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, thrives in high-pressure environments, and understands how much the energy at the door shapes a guest’s entire experience.
We are a small, chef-driven, family-owned restaurant with a strong neighborhood following and a fast-paced service style. The ideal candidate is warm, polished, highly organized, and able to balance guest relations, reservations, pacing, and floor flow seamlessly. This person also has a commanding, approachable demeanor.
RequirementsThis role is ideal for someone who understands that hospitality starts at the door and takes pride in creating a warm, organized, high-energy dining experience while keeping service flowing smoothly.
