Job Description Store Manager LoanMax Title Loans 4013 W Mercury Blvd. Hampton, VA 23666 Pay Range $18 per hour Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Performance-based incentive opportunities may be available, but are not guaranteed. Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations at LoanMax Title Loans . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operational performance, team development, compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching others, and leads with integrity and accountability.
