We are hiring a *Managing Attorney - Family Law* to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Family Law caseload, manage and mentor all *Associate Attorneys * of the firm, and ensure the department runs efficiently with high client satisfaction and consistent billable performance. This is a leadership role for an attorney who wants autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow a department. Key Responsibilities * Manage and lead the *Family Law department* * Oversee case strategy and execution for all assigned matters including: divorce, custody, child support, parenting plans, modifications, enforcement, and related motions * Supervise and mentor *Associate Attorneys* (workflow, deadlines, training, quality control) in all departments * Conduct weekly case reviews and ensure matters are moving forward efficiently * Maintain professional client communication and handle escalations when needed * Collaborate with intake and staff to support case conversion and client retention * Ensure accurate billing practices and timely time entry * Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations as needed Performance Expectations (Key Metrics) * *Minimum 100 billable hours per month* * Drive Associate Attorney performance toward *100+ billable hours per month* * Maintain strong file management, client satisfaction, and timely legal work product Qualifications * Licensed attorney in good standing in the State of *Colorado* * Minimum *5+ years of Family Law experience* (preferred) * Prior leadership experience (supervising attorneys/paralegals) strongly preferred * Confident in litigation, hearings, drafting, and negotiation * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active cases * Comfortable working in a structured, performance-based environment * Professional, client-focused, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits * *$10,000/month guaranteed base compensation* * *Performance bonuses available* based on department billables, collections, and team performance * Growth opportunity into long-term leadership within the firm * Support staff assistance and marketing support for consistent lead flow Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
