Midland Health is seeking a Board-Certified APP with hospitalist experience to join Midland Inpatient Medical Associates (MIMA). Midland Health and MIMA serve the Permian Basin and its surrounding communities at Midland Memorial Hospital with catchment area boasting 450,00 people. MIMA is seeking a dynamic and team orientated APP to join its inpatient team of 16 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Providers on night service in Midland, Texas.*Qualifications:** Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant Masters Program or graduate degree in Master of Science in nursing* Texas License* Minimum two years of experience in hospitalist or ICU* Procedural training/experience preferred*Responsibilities:** Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7 days on 7 days off* Deliver high-quality hospital medicine care during nocturnist shifts* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care* Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care throughout the night*Benefits Include:** Competitive compensation and benefits* Sign-On Bonus* Start Bonus* Relocation Assistance* Cerner Hospital EMR* CME Allowance* Paid Medical Malpractice* Single practice location*Organization:** Midland Health is an award-winning integrated delivery system and recognized as one of Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work in 2023.
