Job Description

NP / PA Opportunity – Cromwell, CT (Part-Time / Per Diem)

A growing primary care practice in Cromwell, CT is looking to add 1–2 part-time or per diem providers to our team.

We are an insurance-based primary care practice focused on delivering high-quality, relationship-centered care in a supportive and efficient environment.

Who we’re looking for:

• Nurse Practitioner (independent practice license preferred in CT)

• Physician Associates are encouraged to apply

Ideal experience:

• Some pediatric experience is helpful (we offer same-day visits for children in our patient panels)
