The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital is seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Nuclear Medicine Physicianto join our Imaging Service. The physician will providediagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine services , including interpretation of PET/CT, SPECT, bone scans, and cardiac imaging, while collaborating with radiology, oncology, cardiology, and other specialty teams.
Responsibilities:
Interpret nuclear medicine and molecular imaging studies (PET/CT, SPECT, bone scans, cardiac imaging)Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine proceduresCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered careParticipate in quality improvement, clinical initiatives, and educational activitiesQualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Nuclear Medicine or Radiology with Nuclear Medicine certificationEligible for an unrestricted U.S. medical licenseU.S. citizenship required for VA appointment
