Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level practitioner to join our growing team to provide outpatient primary care services to our senior population at our clinic in Garland, TX!
Outpatient Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Job Summary:
A Mid-Level Practitioner is responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure patient health. Their duties include speaking with Valora’s patients about healthy lifestyle choices for their age, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with clinic staff to maintain updated medical records.
A Mid-Level Practitioner may include a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
