Job DescriptionEmpire Vein & Vascular Specialists (EVVS) is a rapidly growing practice dedicated to delivering innovative, minimally invasive treatments for our patients. Our board-certified surgeons specialize in Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE), providing long-term pain relief and improved quality of life for patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our collaborative outpatient team. In this role, you will perform patient history and physicals, educate patients on treatment options, and provide ongoing follow-up care—helping patients achieve excellent outcomes. **We are offering a $10,000 signing bonus for this position**

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial patient assessments, including health histories and physical exams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients about minimally invasive procedures and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Schedule and manage follow-up appointments
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for patients and team members regarding ongoing care and treatment protocols

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant CA license
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably with orthopedic or pain management patients
• Proficient in EHR documentation
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow established protocols
