Job Description

Axis Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated care team, splitting time 3 days per week in Pryor and 2 days per week in Inola. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys family medicine, has interest in pain management and addiction medicine, and wants to practice in a supportive, team-based environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage patients in pain management and Suboxone treatment (training provided, about 70% of patient load)
• Provide family medicine and primary care services
• Evaluate and manage GLP-1 weight loss therapies
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and clinic staff
• Build long-term patient relationships
• Document visits efficiently and accurately in the EMR

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Active Oklahoma license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest in pain management, addiction medicine, and weight management
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Experience preferred, but training provided for Suboxone and specialty services

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule
• 2 days/week in Pryor, 2 days/week in Inola
• No nights or weekends
