Role Overview: Nurse Practitioner — PRN, Williamsburg, VALegacy Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join the team on a PRN (as‑needed) basis in Williamsburg, VA. The successful clinician will deliver comprehensive primary and acute medical care to residents in post‑acute and long‑term care facilities. This PRN role requires flexibility to meet variable scheduling needs, strong clinical judgement, and a commitment to person‑centred, evidence‑based practice. Core responsibilities include resident assessment, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, interdisciplinary collaboration and participation in quality improvement activities.
