This Level I trauma, academic facility provides obstetric and gynecologic services across inpatient, OR, and ER settings, supporting a delivery volume of approximately 4 per day on the unit. The facility operates in accordance with structured clinical workflows to ensure continuous patient care delivery across all assigned coverage areas. Clinical operations are conducted on-site with established protocols supporting in-house laborist call coverage.

About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through in-house laborist shifts at an on-site academic facility in Washington, DC, with assignments structured as 12-hour or 24-hour shifts across inpatient, OR, and ER settings. Clinical responsibilities include managing labor and delivery with an expected volume of approximately 4 deliveries per day on the unit. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for all assigned obstetric and gynecologic cases during each designated shift. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this position.
