Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Occupational Therapist (In-Person) Morgan Hill, CA This contract position offers the opportunity to provide occupational therapy services in a dynamic school setting, supporting students from preschool through high school across multiple rural schools and a regional preschool program. The role emphasizes collaboration and flexibility, ideal for an experienced OT seeking a diverse caseload and a supportive environment. Location: Morgan Hill, CA Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Start Date: Immediate Contract Duration: Through the end of the 2025-2026 school year, with extension into the 2026-2027 school year Key Responsibilities: * Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students, ages preschool (3-5 years) to high school * Serve multiple school sites, including 7 rural schools, one high school, a small school district, and a regional preschool program * Collaborate closely with another occupational therapist to provide consistent care and share caseload responsibilities * Adapt therapy approaches based on student needs and therapist experience, ensuring flexible caseload management * Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Qualifications & Experience: * Active Occupational Therapist license in California (required) * Experience providing OT services in school settings preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse student populations and school staff * Ability to manage a flexible and variable caseload efficiently Benefits & Perks: * Highly competitive compensation with weekly pay * Comprehensive insurance package including medical, dental, vision, and life coverage * Matching 401(k) plan to support your financial future * Flexible spending account options * Supportive environment working alongside fellow experienced occupational therapists This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the developmental progress of students within a rural school district while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package.
