Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations in a fast-paced construction office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functionality, supporting project teams, and maintaining clear communication between field staff, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory
  • Coordinate communication between project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, and invoices
  • Handle vendor relations and purchase orders
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and compliance tracking
