Job Description

Position Summary

Property Management Firm is seeking a Part time Resident Property Manager for their Project Based Section 8 affordable properties located throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities/Job Duties

• Clean and Maintain property
• Perform unit inspections
• Collect rent
• Report maintenance requests and repairs
• Enforces Lease and House rules
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Manager in Project Based Section 8 Preferred
• Must be able to efficiently communicate verbally and written.
• Required to live on site; apartment factored into your compensation.
