Job Description Job Description Oncology Infusion RN Manager Full-Time | Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week Oncology care is more than treatment, it is a journey. We are seeking an experienced Oncology Infusion RN Manager who is passionate about clinical excellence, care coordination, and meaningful patient connection. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who enjoys partnering closely with a multidisciplinary oncology team and guiding patients through every stage of therapy with compassion and precision. What You Will Do You will serve as the central point of coordination for patients receiving oncology and infusion services, helping ensure care is seamless, safe, and personalized. Responsibilities include: Coordinating clinical care across the oncology clinic to support quality outcomes and patient satisfaction Using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care Managing order entry and electronic message workflows Providing patient education and developing care plans tailored to treatment goals Scheduling, tracking follow-ups, and supporting smooth care transitions across services such as surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, palliative care, and survivorship Delivering hands-on clinical support including triage, medication administration, and assisting with procedures Supporting care coordination during clinic visits Promoting a collaborative, respectful team environment What You Bring Active RN license in South Carolina or compact state Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) Oncology nursing experience preferred Infusion nursing experience strongly preferred ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification (required or willingness to obtain) Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association Why Join Us You will be part of a dedicated oncology team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
