LifeTree Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of our onboarding team. This hands-on leadership role is focused on driving accountability, overseeing operational workflows, managing productivity, and ensuring the team consistently meets organizational targets and goals.
If you are a proactive leader who can balance operational management with team accountability, minimize distractions, and foster a supportive yet results-driven environment, this role is for you. We are looking for a 'doer,' who can motivate, drive and complete a large number of tasks daily. We provide complete industry specific training, but the right candidate must be a quick learner, sharp and able to retain large amounts of information and apply them daily to succeed.
