Compensation: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with children from birth to 21 years old, supporting development, mobility, and independence through evidence-based physical therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of conditions, including developmental delays, neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic conditions, and more
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each child’s needs
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate parents/caregivers on home exercises and strategies to support progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinic and regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and community outreach (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current PT license in Florida
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred 
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and their families in a supportive, encouraging environment
