Position Summary: The Pediatric Physical Therapist provides comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans under medical prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of Connecticut Practice Act and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut
  • 2+ years pediatric physical therapy experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with electronic medical charting
  • Flexibility with scheduling
