Must-Have Requirements- Active Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program

- Strong working knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and documentation standards
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills
