We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, particularly in outpatient orthopedics. This role involves developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, strength, and overall physical function. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs, provide therapeutic interventions, and support their recovery journey.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and home care strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practice.
• Familiarity with creating effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
