Location : Wichita Falls, TX Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire Total Compensation (base + incentive) : $100,000+ per year About the Role We're seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join a dynamic outpatient team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and a collaborative clinical environment. What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist, you'll work with a diverse patient population and treat a wide range of conditions including orthopedic and neurological disorders, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, vestibular, concussion, balance, and gait issues. You'll be responsible for: * Developing and adjusting individualized plans of care * Managing a caseload of 10-12 patients per day (approx. 50 visits/week) * Documenting progress using Raintree EMR * Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team * Participating in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives What We're Looking For * Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program * Active Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice * Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills * Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting Ready to Make a Difference?
