Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position offers an opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist specializing in early childhood to provide essential onsite support within a school setting. Located in Wilmington, DE, this contract role runs from February 23, 2026, through June 11, 2026, with a standard workweek of Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week including a 30-minute paid lunch. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver early childhood physical therapy services directly within the school environment. * Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. * Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal developmental outcomes. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with regulatory and district standards. Qualifications: * Valid Delaware Physical Therapy License is mandatory; applications without license documentation will not be considered. * Previous experience working with early childhood populations in a school setting. * Strong communication skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration. * Commitment to supporting the physical development and well-being of young children.
