What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you won't just run people through exercises—you’ll be the architect of their recovery. Your daily impact will include:

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess new patients to determine underlying musculoskeletal, neurological, or functional limitations.
• Tailored Care Plans: Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with patient goals.
• Hands-on Intervention: Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education to drive positive outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work alongside other PTs, PTAs, and referring physicians to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation using Turbo PT to track progress and justify medical necessity.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure: Active (or eligible) Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas.
• Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required. Specialized certifications (OCS, SCS, CSCS, Dry Needling) are a major plus but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent interpersonal communication, and a genuine empathy for patients navigating recovery.
