We're looking for a full-time Plumbing and Sales Technician to join our growing family in McKees Rocks, PA, serving Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas.

ARE YOU THE PLUMBING AND SALES TECHNICIAN OUR TEAM NEEDS?
An understanding of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems, trackable sales numbers, and a record of 5-star reviews is preferred!
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
You'll be working full-time from 8 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday with alternating on-call weekends. Our employees report to a central location before heading out to job sites or service areas. We believe in flexibility, so you'll have a balance between personal time and the occasional weekend shift.
As a Plumbing and Sales Technician, your day will be anything but ordinary. You'll begin by reporting to the office, meeting your teammates, and grabbing coffee while getting your assignments. Your primary role will involve diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, including drain cleaning and related services. You'll explain your process and always ensure the customer understands the service you're providing.
You'll also establish rapport with clients, listen to their needs, and offer solutions that are perfect for their homes. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll explain how our superior service stands out from the competition. As you meet with clients, you'll also be focused on providing options and promoting the right products and services for the job. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to meet company goals and stellar customer reviews.
