Job Description
Immediate opening for an experienced Power/Soft Washing Crew Leader. Preferred 3 years of verifiable experience with a power and soft wash cleaning company, self-employed, or combination of experience. Sign on bonus and on-the-job training is available for this position.
This position will be responsible for the operation and upkeep of company equipment, managing workload, and crew members. Must be safety minded operating commercial grade, high pressure systems and handle chemicals. The position is fast paced, high demand and must be able to complete work in timely manner with extreme attention to detail.

Preferred Experience
· Minimum 5 years driving experience with a valid NC Driver’s License and clean driving record
· Smart phone with GPS capabilities required
· Basic knowledge of pressure washing chemicals
· Experience with a soft wash system
· Experience with commercial, residential, and new construction
· Must be able to work minimum 40 hours per week, year-round, in all weather conditions
· Must be able to lift minimum of 75-100 pounds
· OSHA training a plus
