We are seeking a dedicated PulmonaryNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established andgrowing pulmonary medicine practice just south of Boston. This is an excellentopportunity to work collaboratively with experienced pulmonologists in asupportive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality,patient-centered care.
Position Highlights

Competitive compensation: $110,000- $140,000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, andmanage patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
Conduct follow-up visits andongoing disease management for pulmonary patients
Order and interpretdiagnostic studies, including PFTs, imaging, and laboratory tests
Develop and implementevidence-based treatment plans
Provide patient education ondisease management and preventive care
Document patient encountersaccurately in the electronic medical record
Collaborate closely withpulmonologists and interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing orPhysician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
Current NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant certification
Massachusetts license oreligibility for licensure
Prior experience inpulmonary medicine preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered)
Excellent communication andpatient-centered care approach
Ability to work effectivelyin a collaborative team environment
