QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active California real estate license (required)

• New agents and experienced agents at any production level are welcome

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to follow proven systems and be coached

• Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is a plus (not required)

• Must be based in or willing to serve the Greater Los Angeles area

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect for and generate leads through provided systems and personal outreach

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process

• Attend weekly team training and coaching sessions

• Follow the team's listing and buyer playbooks for every transaction

• Maintain consistent communication with clients from first contact through closing

• Collaborate with team members and transaction coordination staff

• Build and maintain a personal pipeline of active and future clients
