Job DescriptionExperienced Resurfacing Technician – Plug & Play (Van, Equipment & Materials Provided)

Overview

We are hiring a professional, experienced resurfacing technician to immediately perform tub, tile, and surface refinishing work in multifamily and residential properties.

This is a true plug-and-play role. A company van, all equipment, and all materials are provided. You must already know how to execute resurfacing work independently and correctly from day one.

If you need training, coaching, or supervision, do not apply.

What You’ll Do

• Independently refinish bathtubs, tile surrounds, countertops, and similar surfaces
• Perform full surface prep without supervision (cleaning, etching/sanding, masking, repairs)
• Mix and apply coatings accurately and consistently
• Deliver clean, professional finishes with no runs, fisheyes, or texture issues
• Protect surrounding finishes and occupied units at all times
• Complete jobs efficiently without skipping steps
• Submit required photos and basic job documentation

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Proven resurfacing / refinishing experience (tub & tile or similar coatings)
• Ability to work 100% independently
• Strong understanding of prep → spray → cure process
• Ability to identify and correct finish issues on your own
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years resurfacing, refinishing, or spray-applied coatings
• Multifamily or occupied-unit experience
• Warranty-free or low-callback work history
