A global nutrition and specialty ingredients manufacturer is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager to oversee food safety and quality operations across multiple manufacturing facilities in the Midwest.
This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring that products produced across multiple sites meet regulatory, safety, and customer quality standards while building a culture of operational excellence.
The position will oversee quality systems and teams across three manufacturing sites, partnering with operations, R&D, and commercial teams to drive quality performance and continuous improvement.

What You'll Lead: Multi-Site Quality Strategy Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Science, or related field
10+ years of Quality Assurance experience in food, dietary supplements, or similar regulated manufacturing
Experience managing quality teams across multiple manufacturing sites
Strong knowledge of FDA, HACCP, SQF, and food safety best practices
Preferred experience includes:

The role oversees quality operations across multiple regional facilities and requires occasional travel between sites.
